Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operational performance across multiple warehouse departments and lead a team of Supervisors. You will ensure excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and service, reporting directly to the Site Director.

You’ll work in a highly automated warehouse environment, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with Workforce Planning. The role starts on a temporary contract with potential for permanent employment, and a 2-shift schedule is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO or equivalent level.
• Experience leading multiple operational teams through Supervisors.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI management.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP or similar).
• Willing to work in a 2-shift structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Supervisors and operational teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity and service.
• Analyze performance and translate data into improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in a highly automated warehouse.
• Collaborate with Workforce Planning to optimize capacity.
