Job summary

Arvato Echt is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in our High-tech division. You will ensure KPIs are met, balance planning with hands-on decisions on the floor, and drive continuous improvement using SAP-based ERP/WMS systems.

You’ll manage a team and coordinate with Operations, Workforce and Support, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Shifts include early, late and day, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• MBO level with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Experience with warehouse operations and KPI tracking.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP/WMS (SAP) is a plus.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure KPIs are met.
• Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs.
• Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day to maintain performance.
• Manage staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning.
• Coach and motivate the team to sustain high performance.
