Job summary

Jobster zoekt een logistieke medewerker voor de Sample Lab in Tilburg. Je draagt zorg voor het wegen en voorbereiden van geur- en smaakmonsters voor wereldwijde verzending. Daarnaast verpak je monsters en handel je gevaarlijke goederen af volgens IATA-regels.

Je werkt nauw samen met diverse teams, verwerkt orders in SAP en bestuurt een reachtruck om opslagruimtes efficiënt te beheren. Eindverantwoordelijkheid ligt bij een betrouwbare, nauwgezette werker die de deadlines respecteert.

Qualifications

• Fulltime availability in a dayshift schedule
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English (min B2)
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working under time pressure
• Valid reach truck certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Eligible to request and obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

Responsibilities

• Weeg en bereid geur- en smaakmonsters voor wereldwijde verzending
• Verpak en verzend monsters accuraat, inclusief handling van gevaarlijke goederen volgens IATA-regels
• Bereid gevaarlijke goederen documenten voor luchtvracht en verwerk orders in SAP
• Bedien een reachtruck om goederen te verplaatsen en op te slaan
• Onderhoud schone en georganiseerde werkruimte en werk samen met lokale en internationale teams

Wat je gaat doen

Working inside the fast-paced Sample Lab, you will be the driving force behind getting IFF's world-famous flavours and fragrances safely packed and shipped across the globe.

• You weigh, and prepare fragrance and flavor samples for global shipment, working closely with a diverse and supportive team to maintain high standards
• You pack and ship samples accurately, which includes handling dangerous goods according to strict IATA regulations
• You prepare dangerous goods documentation for air transport and smoothly process incoming orders directly in SAP
• You operate a reach truck to move and store goods efficiently within the warehouse facility
• You maintain a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Working hours: dayshift, flexible hours between 07:00 and 17:00.
• Hourly wage: €18.35 gross per hour
• Fulltime position with guaranteed hours
