Job summary

Start People werft voor International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg een allround Warehouse Operator. Je verwerkt grondstoffen en producten nauwgezet, ondersteunt productie en verricht administratieve taken terwijl je met RF-scanners en SAP werkt en een reach truck bestuurt.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster en hebt Dutch of English op minimaal B2-niveau. Het bedrijf biedt een aantrekkelijk pakket en uitzicht op vast contract bij goed functioneren.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime en vijfploegendienst.
• Ervaring met reach truck vereist; certificaat kan verlopen zijn maar regelbaar.
• Goede beheersing Nederlands of Engels op minimaal B2-niveau.
• Nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en fysieke geschiktheid.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen, controleren, wegen en verwerken van grondstoffen en producten.
• Grondstoffen en producten produceren en leveren voor productie.
• Voorraad aanvullen en beheren van voorraad grondstoffen.
• Picken, scannen, controleren en registreren volgens kwaliteitsnormen.
• Gevaarlijke en niet-gevaarlijke goederen laden en lossen.
• Veilig verplaatsen en opslaan van materialen met reach truck.
• Administratieve taken rondom warehouse-activiteiten en voorraadbeheer.

Job description

As an allround Warehouse Operator, you are an important link in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that raw materials and products are received, processed, stored and supplied accurately and on time. You combine physical warehouse work with production and administrative tasks. Safety, accuracy and quality are central to everything you do. You will work with tools such as RF scanners and SAP and operate a reach truck to keep the warehouse and production processes running smoothly.

What will you do?

• Receive, check, weigh and process raw materials and products;
• Prepare and supply raw materials and products for production;
• Replenish and manage the stock of raw materials;
• Pick, scan, check and register products according to quality requirements;
• Load and unload goods;
• Safely move and store materials using a reach truck;
• Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse activities and inventory management.

You will work according to a 5 shift schedule:

• Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night: 23:00 – 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• A gross hourly wage of €21.10, excluding shift allowance;
• 30% shift allowance on all hours worked, resulting in a gross monthly salary of €3,900+;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
• A fixed 8.33% year-end bonus and IKB, paid through a flexible budget;
• €0.21 travel allowance per kilometre;
• A temporary contract through Start People, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance.

In addition to your hourly wage, this may include vacation days, shift allowances, ADV compensation and other employment benefits.

Functie-eisen

• You are flexible and enjoy performing a variety of warehouse and production tasks;
• You are available full-time and willing to work in a 5 shift system;
• You have experience operating a reach truck. Has your certificate expired? No problem – we can arrange this for you;
• You have a good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level);
• You work accurately and safely and are physically fit.
