Job summary

IFF's Sample Lab environment requires a meticulous packer to prepare fragrance and flavor samples for international shipping. You will handle weighing, documentation for dangerous goods, and order processing in SAP, while operating a reach truck. A team-focused role with emphasis on accuracy and timely deliveries.

Full-time dayshift with Dutch and/or English at least level B1. Training available for those willing to learn, including safety compliance and efficient warehouse practices.

Job description

Working inside the fast-paced Sample Lab, you will be the driving force behind getting IFF's world-famous flavors and fragrances safely packed and shipped across the globe.

• You pick, weigh, and prepare fragrance and flavor samples for global shipment, working closely with a diverse and supportive team to maintain high standards.
• You pack and ship samples accurately, which includes handling dangerous goods according to strict IATA regulations.
• You prepare dangerous goods documentation for air transport and smoothly process incoming orders directly in SAP.
• You operate a reach truck to move and store goods efficiently within the warehouse facility.
• You maintain a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Working hours: dayshift, flexible hours between 07:00 and 17:00.

• You bring fulltime availability in a dayshift.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English with a minimum of B1 level communication skills.
• You possess attention to detail combined with a accurate working style.
• You handle time pressure with ease, ensuring that critical samples are always packed and shipped on schedule.
• You hold a valid reachtruck certificate to safely move materials around the facility or you are willing to learn.
• You are fully able to request and obtain a VOG or Certificate of Conduct.
