Taiko redefines Asian‑inspired cuisine, offering a contemporary elegant dining experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Open from Tuesday to Saturday, offering an exclusive dinner service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests
• Make recommendations on the choice of menu items with good product knowledge
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
• Take orders, provide information about menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills
• Carry out preparation of service including mise en place
• Assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service
