As part of a premier hotel, you will contribute to flawless service, assist with mise en place, and guide guests through menu selections, while upholding impeccable standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in similar positions at high-end restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place.
• Deliver a delighted dining experience to our guests.
• Create special moments and provide seamless service with guests.
• Make recommendations on the menu items with good product knowledge.
• Meet and greet guests professionally.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Take orders, inform about menu and dishes, and handle bill settlement.
• Carry out service preparation including mise en place.
• Assist the F&B team with setup and service.
