Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands seeks a System Install Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end installation of EUV lithography systems at customer sites. You will coordinate preparation, install and post-install activities, ensuring delivery on time and with quality.

You will plan with engineers, ensure access to parts and documentation, report daily on progress and quality, and act as the link between sites and ASML headquarters in Veldhoven.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in international environments with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in project management, escalation management, progress reporting, dealing with customers, field operations, international organization or/and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full install process from preparation to post-install.
• Plan daily execution with engineers and monitor progress.
• Ensure quality and collaborate with internal support teams.
• Report daily progress and quality to ASML headquarters.
• Serve as the link between the customer site and ASML in Veldhoven.
