Job summary

Strativ Group in Amsterdam is seeking a VP of Data to lead and scale its enterprise-wide data strategy in the Netherlands. This senior leadership role collaborates with executive stakeholders to ensure data is treated as a strategic asset and to drive transformation across Data, Analytics and AI.

Qualifications

Senior leadership with data/analytics/AI in a large enterprise.
Experience at VP/Director level or equivalent.
Background in large-scale, regulated industries such as Utilities.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver enterprise Data & Analytics strategy.
Lead and develop senior Data, Analytics and Platform teams.
Drive modernisation of the data landscape, including cloud transformation.
Establish strong Data Governance, quality and ownership frameworks.
Embed AI and advanced analytics across the business.
Partner with C-level and senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with priorities.
Build scalable operating models across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics and AI.
Oversee major transformation programmes and strategic data investments.
Develop a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.
