Job summary

Partner Company, operating on behalf of a partner in the Netherlands, seeks a VP Fund Management to launch and grow an institutional Bitcoin-denominated investment fund. You will own investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk, governance, and investor relations in a remote-first environment.

Lead fundraising, establish compliance with Cayman/BVI structures, and liaise with directors, service providers, and investors to target substantial committed capital and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Senior investment management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Bitcoin markets, DeFi, and institutional investing.
• Experience in fund governance, NAV, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven track record of capital raising with institutional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the fund's investment strategy and portfolio construction.
• Oversee risk framework, liquidity, and capital preservation.
• Manage investor relations, fundraising, and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance with directors and advisors.
