Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with investment funds and private equity/venture capital structures.
• Strong financial and governance capabilities.
• Dutch language proficiency and ability to operate in a Dutch-speaking context.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund finance, reporting, cash flow, fund economics, valuations, compliance, legal, risk and tax.
• Contribute to investment governance and work with external advisors.
• Lead impact reporting, investor and fundraising support, and SET's broad operational infrastructure.
