Job summary

• Proven track record in driving sales through strong visual presentations.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and local market appeal.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and stay organized.
• Experience managing timelines and campaigns in a retail setting.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home store for periods.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion/art.

Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and fashion trends to deliver market-specific VM solutions.
• Seek inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to display concepts.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager, display coordinator, and other coordinators for timely project execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with time mapping, planning and clean execution.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups through photos and layouts each quarter.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling per guidelines.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams through meetings and inspiration boards.
• Inspire teams by sharing ideas from Head Office.
• Delegate projects while nurturing others' creativity.
• Coach team on merchandise placement, promotions and business analysis.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain an organized office, signage storage area and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and company averages.
• Build community relationships reflecting urban culture.
