Job summary

Urban Outfitters Europe in Rotterdam leads the execution of all visual projects in-store, delivering a dynamic customer experience that reflects urban culture and fashion trends. You will partner with the display coordinator to implement seasonal layouts and display schemes that set the standard for creative excellence across the district.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations.
• Understanding of Urban Outfitters culture and its local market appeal.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with strong organizational skills.
• Project and time management experience.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home store for periods.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art or music.

Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and fashion trends to deliver market-specific VM solutions that support sales.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and coordinators for timely project execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts with scheduling, mapping and clean execution.
• Communicate seasonal setups via quarterly photo layouts.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling to a high standard.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams through meetings and inspiration boards.
• Coach team on merchandise placement and promotion execution.
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain organized office, signage storage and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and reflect company-average results.
• Build community relationships reflecting urban culture.
