• Develop seasonal layouts and display schemes with high creative standards.
• Collaborate with the display coordinator to implement VM concepts district-wide.
• Manage timely delivery of seasonal display concepts with planning and mapping.
• Communicate seasonal setups through photo layouts each quarter.
• Apply VM initiatives, window schemes, and styling directions to standard.
• Share merchandising concepts and trends with store teams in meetings and walkthroughs.
• Inspire the team and delegate projects while enabling others to succeed.
• Coach staff on merchandise placement, promotions, and product analysis.
• Support efficient shipment processing and maintain organized offices and fixtures.
