Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and fashion trends to deliver market-specific VM solutions that support sales.
• Seek outside inspiration and contribute unique perspectives to display concepts.
• Lead and collaborate with store manager and display coordinator for timely project execution.
• Manage seasonal display concepts through planning, mapping, and execution.
• Communicate seasonal set-ups through photo layouts each quarter.
• Follow guidelines to implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling.
• Communicate merchandising concepts, initiatives and trends to store teams.
• Share inspiration and information from Head Office to the team.
• Delegate projects while fostering creativity and decision-making.
• Coach staff on merchandise placement, promotion execution, and business analysis.
• Facilitate shipment processing to maximise sales.
• Maintain an organized office and fixture room.
• Uphold mystery shop standards and company-average results.
• Build community relations reflecting urban culture.
