COS is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Amsterdam to shape in-store customer journeys through compelling styling and seasonally aligned displays.

The role centers on transforming the store visuals to reflect brand identity, driving engagement and sales while maintaining high standards. You will collaborate with the sales team and train colleagues, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Must elevate in-store experiences with visual storytelling and customer service.
• Execute brand visual guidelines to enhance commercial impact on display and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, silhouettes and styles for displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise the shop floor in line with company guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Support sales team in daily store operations and customer experience.
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and train team members.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all visuals contribute to a memorable journey.
