Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg is seeking a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee to translate brand identity into an engaging in-store experience. You will manage product displays, room sets and feature areas that drive conversion while supporting daily store operations and helping customers on the shop floor.

The role requires 3–5 years in visual merchandising within retail (furniture/home & living preferred) and fluency in Dutch (B2) and English, with strong styling, organizational and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail (furniture/home & living preferred).
• Strong eye for detail, styling, and spatial awareness.
• Good understanding of interior design trends and commercial retail principles.
• Hands-on mentality; willing to work on the shop floor.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; Dutch (B2) and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home decor displays per brand guidelines.
• Optimize product placement, room sets and store layout to boost sales.
• Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional changes as per the calendar.
• Maintain high visual standards with daily floor checks and ongoing improvements.
• Ensure signs, lighting and presentation quality across the store; collaborate with stock teams.
