Job summary

WE Fashion in the Netherlands is seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to ensure our collections are showcased to their fullest potential. You will arrange store windows, displays, mannequins and POS materials in line with WE guidelines.

Together with the Store Manager, you’ll translate commercial opportunities into strong visual merchandising solutions, inspire colleagues, and maintain a cohesive in-store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Affinity for fashion, styling and visual merchandising.
• Education in fashion, styling, or retail.
• Experience in visual merchandising, styling or store presentation.
• Ability to translate commercial opportunities into store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange displays, mannequins and POS materials to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Identify commercial opportunities with the Store Manager and translate them into VM solutions.
• Inspire colleagues in visual merchandising and ensure a consistent in-store experience.
• Greet customers warmly and advise on latest fashion trends.
