Job summary
JD Sports Netherlands is seeking a Visual Town Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across Amsterdam stores. You will coach store visual teams, refresh displays weekly, and analyze sales trends to maximise profitability during seasonal campaigns.
You will act as the first contact for VM support, collaborate with regional teams, and help drive store performance while ensuring displays reflect latest trends and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Visual Merchandising preferred.
- Experience in Retail Management is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual merchandising across Amsterdam stores and coach teams to update displays weekly.
- Analyze sales trends and store data to maximise profitability and seasonal campaigns.
- Refresh presentations to highlight bestsellers and new collections.
- Update window displays weekly and implement VM guidelines (VM Pack).
- Support stores with e-learning modules and assist major layout changes as needed.
- Collaborate with Area Visual Manager and Store Managers to optimise store layouts.
