Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a proactive RM to join its EU VIP team. You will be the primary point of contact for global VIP clients, driving customer experience, loyalty, and regional business success.

Responsibilities include acquiring clients, expanding existing relationships, shaping service processes, analyzing client behavior, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver optimal solutions in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with client portfolios including institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience in trading platforms or exchanges is advantageous.
• Sales and client services experience in international financial environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire clients and manage relationships with a portfolio of global VIP clients.
• Build rapport and expand relationships through frequent, proactive communication.
• Develop and optimize customer service processes, rules, and track key client status.
• Analyze client behavior and prepare key client analysis reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to deliver excellent service.
