Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Personal VIP Manager based in the Netherlands. This fully remote role focuses on high-value customers, engagement, and personalized support across digital platforms in the iGaming space.

You will monitor activity, reconnect inactive users, and collaborate with VIP and Sales teams. The fixed evening schedule from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday, offers stability, development opportunities, and a supportive, learning-friendly culture.

Qualifications

Experience in iGaming or online gambling with engagement/retention practices.
Fluent English, written and spoken, with professional communication.
Strong communication skills across email, chat, and phone.
Proven ability to build rapport and sustain long-term relationships.
Experience handling objections and adapting style to customers.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage a portfolio of VIP customers with personalized communication.
Develop engagement strategies to maintain activity and loyalty.
Identify inactive customers and proactively re-engage them.
Analyze customer behavior to tailor support and experiences.
Provide personalized assistance and recommend platform features.
Handle multi-channel communications with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
Collaborate with VIP and Sales teams to improve workflows.
