Job summary

CSC is recruiting an Expert Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 support for ViewPoint (Quantios) in a hybrid Amsterdam-based role. You will own the ViewPoint security model, manage configurations, and perform advanced SQL tasks to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.

The position requires strong SQL Server expertise, experience with ETL tools, and a background in financial services or regulated environments.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience supporting ViewPoint (Quantios) in a production environment.
Deep understanding of ViewPoint security and access control, configuration, data structures, and reporting.
Experience with bulk data updates and data governance controls.
Advanced SQL skills for queries, data analysis, and reporting issues.
Experience using SSIS or other ETL tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
ITIL Foundation or higher.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for ViewPoint, resolving complex incidents and service requests.
Diagnose issues across application configuration, data, reporting, and security layers.
Own and administer the ViewPoint security model, including RBAC and data segregation.
Enhance and maintain ViewPoint configuration to support evolving business requirements.
Perform controlled data fixes and bulk data updates per change management.
Support testing and validation of configuration changes prior to production deployment.
Lead or contribute to root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Coordinate with Quantios support for defects and fixes.
