Job summary

A leading technology company in Amsterdam is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to provide Tier 2 application support for the ViewPoint application. The role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, application configuration, and administration, along with demonstrated expertise in a regulated environment. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in application support and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity with on-site requirements three days a week.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting ViewPoint (Quantios) in a production environment.
• Experience supporting applications in a financial services or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for ViewPoint, resolving complex incidents.
• Diagnose issues across application configuration, data, reporting, and security.
• Create and maintain ViewPoint-specific runbooks and support documentation.
