Job summary

Royal Canin Netherlands is seeking a scientific Training & Sales Representative for a full-time field-based role. You will split time between delivering high-quality veterinary nutrition training (60%) and building strong practice partnerships (40%).

The position offers a competitive base salary (€48,000–€57,000) with a personal and company performance bonus up to 18%, plus a company car and comprehensive benefits. Travel across five territories is expected.

Qualifications

Degree in veterinary medicine or a related scientific field.
3+ years of veterinary experience with proven nutritional counselling experience.
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.
Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for consultative selling.
Willingness to travel across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

Translate veterinary nutrition science into engaging customer conversations.
Deliver high-quality scientific training to veterinary clinics in the Netherlands.
Lead scientific discussions with veterinary professionals and external specialists.
Train and advise external decisionmakers and adapt content for audiences.
Build relationships with veterinary practices and organize regional events.
Support regional and national team meetings with customer insights.
