Key Contact Manager (Southern Netherlands)

The Dutch, Belgian and Scandinavian markets are supported from the office in Belgium (Niel). To support and further expand the Dutch market, we are looking for a Key Contact Manager.
This is a highly dynamic role in which you spend90% of your time visiting customersin your territory (Southern Netherlands). You are the key contact for your customers: veterinarians and other veterinary professionals. You provide them with high-quality technical advice based on your scientific knowledge and product expertise, you organize trainings within our focus domains, and seek out the best support for veterinary practices. You act as a true business coach. In addition, your responsibilities also cover:
- Businessdevelopment:Youare responsible forachieving the turnover and salestargets in your region and continuously lookforopportunities to grow the business.
- Administration,reportingandcommunications:You report directly to the Sales Manager Veterinary and ensure that administrative tasks are completed correctly and within the agreed upontime framesand formats.
- Commercialplanning:You develop a commercial action plan for your region, focusing on productpriorities, launches, sales results and market developments. You present this plantoyour Sales Manager and execute it once approved.
- TerritoryManagement:You maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen strategic relationships. You monitor changes in customer potential and update the client database regularly.
- Technical skillsdevelopment:You keep your technical knowledge and product expertise up to date through internal and external training, reading specialised literature, and actively participating in meetings with Marketing and the Technical Manager.
- Networking:You strengthen Vetoquinol’s position in the veterinary market by actively participating in external meetings, fairs and networking events.
- Quality assurance and pharmacovigilance: You report any product complaints to the relevant Pharmacovigilance or Quality Assurance contacts.
- Preferably you have a veterinary background, or at least a strong affinity with the veterinary world.
- You have a Scientific orCommercialdegree orequivalentexperience.
- At least1-3 years of experience, ideally in theveterinaryor pharmaceutical field.
- You know how to build andmaintainrelationships; you are a strong communicator.
- You are results-oriented, analytical and follow your action plansclosely.
- You are proactive, independent,persistentand motivated.
- Knowledge ofDutchand basic Englishis essential.
