Job summary

Vetoquinol Group in the Southern Netherlands seeks a Key Contact Manager to cover a dynamic region. You will spend 90% of your time visiting veterinarians and other veterinary professionals, serving as the key contact and delivering high‑quality technical advice based on product expertise.

You will organize trainings, develop a commercial action plan, and drive turnover while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Dutch and basic English are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates preferably have a veterinary background or strong affinity with the veterinary world.
• At least 1–3 years of experience, ideally in veterinary or pharmaceutical field.
• You build and maintain relationships and are a strong communicator.
• You are results‑oriented, analytical and follow your action plans closely.
• Dutch and basic English are essential.

Responsibilities

• Business development: achieve turnover and sales targets in the region and seek opportunities to grow the business.
• Administration, reporting and communications: report to Sales Manager Veterinary and complete tasks on time.
• Commercial planning: develop and present a commercial action plan for the region.
• Territory management: maintain regular contact with customers and update client database.
• Technical skills development: keep knowledge up to date through training and literature.
• Networking: participate in external meetings, fairs and networking events.
• Quality assurance and pharmacovigilance: report product complaints to QA or PV contacts.
