Qualifications

• Veterinary or Agricultural degree required.
• Knowledge and experience in ruminant nutrition and market.
• Strong understanding of biological sciences for technical presentations.
• Prior experience in managing sales projects to successful completion.
• High energy, personal motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database development programs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
• Build forecast reports for production and inventory management.
• Lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
• Make technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services.
• Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
