Job summary

VetDoest is seeking a friendly and organized front desk receptionist to manage client communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email, maintain the appointment book, and assist clients with food and supplies. You will welcome animals, weigh patients, and assist during surgery intake.

Fluency in Papiamentu, English and Dutch is required, with Spanish a bonus, and a loving attitude toward animals is essential. Role is full-time, Monday to Friday, located in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Must understand Papiamentu and speak/write English and Dutch.
• Customer oriented, sharp and organized.
• Self-starter with doorzetvermogen and able to handle stress.
• Must have pets and adore them.
• Available full-time, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Answering WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails from clients.
• Managing the appointment book, including scheduling and rescheduling
• Selling food and supplies to our clients
• Welcoming clients and their animals as they arrive for appointments
• Weighing patients and taking their temperature
• Receiving surgery patients and returning them to their owners
