Job summary

Alvarium Talent in Amsterdam is partnering with a fast-growing AI consultancy to recruit a Value Consultant specialising in Organisational Change. You will help global organisations move from pilots to enterprise-wide transformation by integrating people, processes and technology from the start.

In this role you’ll shape adoption strategies, work with executives to design operating models, and ensure lasting behavioural change as AI becomes part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience across organisational change and transformation.
• Experience taking transformation through implementation to behaviours and ways of working change.
• Comfortable with operating models, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Genuine interest in AI and ability to explain its value to senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Dutch language skills are beneficial.

Value Consultant – Organisational Change | AI Transformation | Amsterdam

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed AI consultancy that is helping global organisations move beyond AI pilots and turn AI into measurable, enterprise-wide transformation.

They are looking for an experienced Value Consultant specialising in Organisational Change to join the team in Amsterdam.

This isn’t a traditional change-management role focused purely on communications and training. You’ll work alongside strategy, technology and engineering teams from the beginning of an engagement, helping clients understand how AI will change roles, behaviours, workflows and operating models, and making sure that change actually sticks.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the people and organisational change element of complex AI transformation programmes.

What they’re looking for

• Around 6–10 years’ experience across organisational change, organisation development, organisation design or large-scale transformation/adoption programmes.
• Strong experience taking transformation through implementation until behaviours and ways of working genuinely change.
• Comfortable working across operating models, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Genuine interest and fluency in AI, including using AI tools personally and being able to explain their value to senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working around enterprise technology including ERP, cloud and data platforms.
• PE experience is useful but not essential.
• Dutch language skills are beneficial.

You’ll be joining a well-funded consultancy working on enterprise-wide AI transformation with major global organisations, where teams stay involved through implementation and value realisation rather than stopping at strategy.

You’ll also have the opportunity to be the first dedicated organisational-change hire, giving you real ownership over how the capability develops.
