I am currently working with a fast-growing consultancy operating at the intersection of AI, Strategy and Transformation. The business is already working with senior clients across private equity, scale-ups and enterprise, with significant demand for its services and ambitious plans for continued growth.

They are looking for consultants who want to move beyond traditional strategy and slideware, and into the real-world application of Generative AI - helping organisations understand where AI can create value, redesign how work gets done and build the capabilities required to make it stick.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, on strategic AI and transformation challenges
• Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities for Generative AI across organisations and functions

About You

• Experience from a top-tier consulting environment such as MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Accenture or a similar strategy/management consultancy
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, with genuine curiosity around how AI is reshaping work, decision-making and business models
• Able to translate complex or emerging technology into clear business value and practical recommendations
• Strong commercial instinct and confidence working with senior client stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment where you can have a genuine influence on the direction of the business
• Excited by the opportunity to help build something rather than simply operate within an established structure
• Based in the Netherlands or open to relocating, with hybrid flexibility available
