Job summary

Alvarium Talent in Amsterdam is partnering with a fast-growing AI consultancy to recruit a Value Consultant specialising in Organisational Change. You will help global organisations move from pilots to enterprise-wide transformation by integrating people, processes and technology from the start.

In this role you’ll shape adoption strategies, work with executives to design operating models, and ensure lasting behavioural change as AI becomes part of daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience across organisational change and transformation.
• Experience taking transformation through implementation to behaviours and ways of working change.
• Comfortable with operating models, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Genuine interest in AI and ability to explain its value to senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Dutch language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people and organisational change element of complex AI transformation programmes.
• Design adoption strategies around behaviours, incentives, capability and ways of working.
• Contribute to business cases, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Coach and facilitate with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to frontline teams.
• Help organisations build the skills and confidence needed to adopt AI sustainably.
• Define meaningful adoption and behavioural-change measures.
• Help shape the firm’s organisational change capability as it grows.
