Job summary

Alium is seeking a Senior Consultant - Agentic AI to lead customer engagements and translate emerging AI technologies into practical, scalable enterprise solutions.

You will work across AI strategy, solution architecture and delivery, design agentic AI use cases, and guide clients from discovery to production while collaborating with AI engineers and data specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI strategy, solution architecture and delivery.
• Hands-on AI, Generative AI or data-driven delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Agentic AI customer engagements from discovery through to delivery.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant - Agentic AI to lead customer engagements and help organisations move beyond AI strategy into real-world implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working directly with customers and translating emerging AI technologies into practical, scalable enterprise solutions.

You will work across AI strategy, solution architecture and delivery, helping clients identify high-value AI opportunities, design Agentic AI solutions and take them from concept and experimentation through to production.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage Agentic AI customer engagements from discovery through to delivery.
• Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions, architectures and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, solution architects, data specialists and programme teams.
• Support customers with AI adoption, transformation and change programmes.
• Evaluate AI platforms, foundation models, tools and emerging technologies.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts where appropriate.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong consulting, technology consulting or customer-facing technical experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI, Generative AI or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI Agent architectures.
• Experience taking projects from strategy and concept through to implementation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch are essential.
