Job summary

TOPdesk in Delft is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct research across product areas, including AI-powered features, while keeping our research practice organized and running smoothly. You will partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers in the Netherlands, Germany and Hungary to inform decisions with user insights.

You will plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies end-to-end, recruit participants, moderate sessions, and turn findings into actionable guidance for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional UX research experience.
• Experience planning and conducting end-to-end UX studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Bachelor's or Master's in HCI, Psychology, or related field; equivalent practical research experience accepted.
• Ability to plan and conduct studies end-to-end and apply appropriate methods.
• Strong collaboration with PMs and designers; embed research into teams.
• Organized, repeatable research processes and documentation.
• Ability to use AI tools to support research workflow while ensuring data integrity.
• Commitment to ethical handling of research data.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research end-to-end.
• Select and apply appropriate research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Collaborate with PMs and designers from framing questions to applying findings.
• Recruit participants, moderate sessions, and analyze data into actionable insights.
• Present findings clearly to product teams (PMs, designers, engineers).
• Maintain research documentation and contribute to shared repository.
• Contribute to ResearchOps; establish scripts, consent forms, and tooling templates.
• Support lightweight research runs by others with proper guidance.
