Job summary

TOPdesk in Delft is looking for a UX Researcher to conduct research across our ITSM product areas, exploring AI-powered features to build the next generation of ITSM platforms. You will plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies, recruit participants, analyze data, and present findings to Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers.

You will collaborate with teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary, maintain research documentation, and contribute to ResearchOps.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional UX research experience.
Plan and conduct end-to-end UX studies with qualitative and quantitative methods.
Bachelor's or master's in HCI, Psychology, or related field; practical experience accepted.
Plan, conduct and embed research in teams; strong documentation and collaboration.
Proficient in English; German or Dutch (C1) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research end-to-end.
Recruit participants, moderate sessions, and analyze data into actionable findings.
Present findings to Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
Maintain research docs and contribute to the shared repository.
Support ResearchOps with scripts, consent forms, and tooling.
Assist lightweight research by others with guidance and guardrails.
