Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of usability principles, responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems and contributing to their growth.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and other stakeholders.
• Create prototypes, wireframes and concepts from research insights.
• Contribute to design system growth and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and teams to implement designs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops on new and existing features with stakeholders.
