Job summary

Aectual is seeking a USA-focused Sales Manager to drive online deals with U.S. clients and reps from our Amsterdam base. You’ll run virtual meetings, refine proposals, and close projects while coordinating with EU partners.

You’ll engage U.S. clients across time zones, manage a moving pipeline, and play a key role in scaling the U.S. business from Europe. A relevant interest in interior design is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in sales or related roles with a track record of closing deals.
• Fluent American English; comfortable coordinating with U.S. clients across time zones.
• Proficient with CRM tools and structured sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Run online sales meetings with U.S. and EU clients.
• Support and follow up with U.S. rep partners.
• Drive deals from first contact to signed contracts.
• Create and chase quotes, proposals, and project advice.
• Coach and motivate agents to maintain momentum.
• Follow up confidently and consistently.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and a moving pipeline.
• Represent Aectual in calls, meetings, and online events.
• Occasionally travel to agents or key partners (EU/U.S.).
