Job summary

Maharam, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Sales Representative to develop business with A&D clients in Benelux and manage Industry Alliance Partners. Must travel to client locations and present product finishes to drive partnerships across Europe.

A degree in textiles/interior design is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in sales and fluency in English and Dutch. Travel is required; comfortable working remotely with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required; interior design degree and/or sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote to the A&D community in Benelux.
• Engage clients at dinners, events, and industry functions.
• Present Maharam products to clients and specify finishes.
• Coordinate with merchandising and inventory teams on plans and lead times.
• Train sales teams on Alliance Furniture Partners and related processes.
