Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking a Team Leader for our High Complex Assembly department in the Netherlands. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of operators on the shop floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output while driving continuous improvement.

In this hands-on role, you translate priorities into clear tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate with planning, service engineering, and quality to maintain a smooth shift. A 2-shift schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing with leadership exposure.
• Ability to work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00–14:15 / 14:15–23:00)
• Experience leading teams on a shop floor and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators on the shop floor.
• Monitor safety, quality, output, and efficiency during the shift and take corrective action.
• Translate department priorities into clear tasks and responsibilities for the team.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide feedback.
• Manage resources to optimize use of people, machines, and materials.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor.
• Drive continuous improvement through 5S and other initiatives.
• Ensure work is performed to quality standards and support issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly with shifts and support functions.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
