Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic manager to run Grandmother Café and Breakfast with a warm, rebellious energy. You will lead a diverse crew, audition for character, and coach for authentic guest experiences while ensuring safe, high-quality operations across both spaces.

You’ll balance intimate hospitality with a flexible, community-driven atmosphere and use data to continuously improve service. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, and the role supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or community spaces.
• Ability to read people and energy with empathy and clarity.
