Qualifications

• Significant experience leading teams in hospitality or community-focused spaces.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Courage to hire boldly and coach with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead with presence on the floor, shaping the tone across Grandmother Café and Breakfast.
• Cast your team through creative auditions to find authentic personalities.
• Coach your crew to show up as their true selves, not scripts.
