Job summary

Tecwave B.V. in the Rotterdam region is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main contact for customers, coordinating maintenance and repair of trucks. You will plan appointments, receive orders, prepare quotes, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to customer satisfaction.

You will supervise daily coordination among technicians, monitor progress, and communicate clear maintenance schedules. A clear path toward Service Manager awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO (secondary vocational) level
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and service mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Affinity with technology, transport, or automotive is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate appointments for truck maintenance and repair
• Receive and assess customer orders
• Prepare and communicate maintenance schedules
• Prepare quotations based on customer requests
• Coordinate technicians daily and monitor progress and quality
• Ensure customer satisfaction with every assignment
