Tecwave B.V. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the central point within the service organization in the Roosendaal region.

You will support the Service Manager with daily workshop management, ensure quick and professional customer service, and coordinate planning for maintenance and repairs with the Service and Workshop Managers. Qualifications

• MBO working and thinking level.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive and service-oriented attitude.
• Affinity with commercial vehicles or technology is an advantage.
• Ability to switch quickly and maintain an overview in a dynamic working environment.
• Experience in a similar position is a plus, but motivation and commitment are important.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers, both at the service desk and over the phone.
• Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair activities together with the Service Manager and Workshop Manager.
• Monitoring the progress of work and proactively informing customers about the status.
• Processing work orders, administrative data and invoicing.
• Identifying bottlenecks and actively contributing to efficient solutions.
• Supporting the warehouse during busy periods or in the absence of colleagues.
