Arvato in Venlo, Netherlands is looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist to bridge operations and support, driving efficiency in high-tech warehouse processes with ERP/WMS systems (SAP) and data analysis. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality and Customer Support to implement improvements.

Requirements: MBO or Bachelor's, 1 year in logistics, English fluency, Excel skills, shift availability. Salary: €2,607–€3,349 monthly (40 h).

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our high-tech warehouse operations while working with advanced logistics systems and an international customer portfolio.

YOUR TASKS

As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between operations and support departments, ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently every day. You investigate operational challenges, analyse data, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements that keep our logistics operation performing at its best.

• Provide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues;

You’ll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Operations Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.
