Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and solve operational problems in the warehouse at both locations.
• Detect, investigate and resolve operational problems caused by human error or system issues.
• Determine root causes and ensure efficient and effective resolution.
• Prevent similar problems in the future.
• Analyze, prioritize and solve reported operational problems, reporting to the manager.
• Improve operational processes by drafting and implementing improvement proposals.
• Provide information and answer questions from colleagues and customers regarding incidents.

Qualifications

• Passion for the job, able to convey this to others.
• Experience as troubleshooter in a logistics environment (preferred).
• Affinity with WMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules.
