Job summary

DSV is looking for a Troubleshooter to identify, analyze, and solve operational issues in its Moerdijk and Tholen warehouses. You will detect root causes, implement fixes, and help prevent repeats while working in a dynamic international environment.

You will contribute by prioritizing reports to supervisors, proposing process improvements, answering questions from colleagues and customers, and resolving damages efficiently. This role requires flexibility for shifts and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Forklift or reach truck certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and solve operational problems in Moerdijk/Tholen to prevent recurrence.

Identifying, analyzing, and solving operational problems in our warehouse in Moerdijk and Tholen: you work on it.

How do you do this? As a troubleshooter, you are responsible for detecting, investigating, and resolving operational problems caused by human errors and/or system issues. You play a crucial role in identifying the root causes of these problems and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. Additionally, it is your task to ensure that similar problems can be prevented in the future. You achieve this by:

• analyzing and prioritizing reported operational problems, reporting to the supervisor;
• improving operational processes by developing and implementing improvement proposals;
• providing information and answering questions from colleagues and customers regarding malfunctions;
• resolving operational damages/problems.
