Job summary

ING Nederland is seeking a Tribes Lead for Global Infrastructure Service & Operations in Amsterdam. The role shapes ING's global infrastructure strategy, driving service excellence, AI-powered operations, and resilient delivery at scale.

You will lead a global organization spanning service operations, design and AI Ops, partnering with product tribes, engineering, SREs and partners to enable reliable, customer-focused infrastructure while pushing continuous improvement and responsible innovation.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, or technology operations in complex international environments.
Ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management with a track record of collaboration across technology, risk and business units.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide service management and operations, ensuring resilient, secure and reliable infrastructure services.
Drive standardised operational processes, service design principles and scalable ways of working.
Advance automation, AI Ops and service orchestration to prevent incidents and improve performance.
Oversee investment priorities, risk, compliance and financial performance to deliver sustainable value.
Build partnerships across technology, architecture, risk and business functions; embed a product-led operating model.
