Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Services organization in the Netherlands. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites, focusing on preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning, and service activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.

You will work with a professional team, supporting operators and collaborating with customers while maintaining high safety standards and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical diploma with hands-on mechanical/electrical focus.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics preferred.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• English/Dutch communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to provide preventive maintenance and technical services.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and service activities.
• Support operators during production to maintain line performance.
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and identify opportunities to improve customer operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety protocols.
