Job summary

Cygnific, a proud subsidiary of KLM, is hiring travel troubleshooter to assist passengers with bookings, flights, luggage and special requests. You will join an international team and learn the reservation and CRM systems during onboarding.

The role starts with 8 weeks of paid training at the office, full-time, and after onboarding you will cross-train across products, with potential for long-term collaboration and hybrid work from Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• At least a level 4 MBO degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably experience in a call center or customer service.
• Fluent English and Norwegian/Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers by phone with bookings, flights, luggage and upgrades.
• Provide quick and suitable solutions to customer questions.
• Exceed passengers’ expectations where possible.
