Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Transformer Services Sales Specialist to grow the Transformer Services business across the Benelux region. You will drive service revenue, strengthen relationships with asset managers and maintenance teams, and help extend asset lifecycles for transformers and substations.

The role requires regional collaboration, a track record in selling technical services, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling technical services and long-term service agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Benelux region and engage with multiple countries or regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive service revenue growth by promoting transformer lifecycle services (maintenance, upgrades, refurbishments, long-term service agreements).
• Identify and develop service opportunities across OEM and non-OEM transformer installations.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification to tendering, negotiation, and contract closure.
