Job summary

Plat4mation is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs for enterprise clients. You will own scope, plan, governance, financials, and risk, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and guiding multi-team delivery.

You will shape roadmaps, drive delivery excellence, and ensure measurable business value, collaborating with customers, consultants, architects, and leadership to deliver international digital transformation initiatives in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or large-scale delivery.
• Strong consulting, advisory, or professional services background.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (director/executive).
• Experience with complex, multi-stream transformation or software implementations.
• PRINCE2, PMP, PMI, ITIL, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation and software implementation projects.
• Own scope, planning, governance, financial performance, resource management, quality, and risks.
• Drive project delivery excellence and achieve objectives and milestones.
• Act as primary contact and trusted advisor for customers and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, steering committees, executive reviews, and status reporting.
• Support cross-functional delivery teams and ensure collaboration across engagements.
• Provide strategic advisory input on transformation roadmaps, operating models, and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell with Sales and Pre-Sales.
• Stay updated with industry trends, ServiceNow developments, and consulting best practices.
• Coach colleagues and contribute to growth of Project & Program Management practice.
